Quiet residential area with off street parking, located at the end of a cul-de-sac. No busy roads between the house and the closest beach.

Ample parking 2 spaces outside the front of the house and 1 parking space on the drive. Broadstairs can be reached on foot taking the coastal path either on the sea-front or the cliff-top walk. Ramsgate can also be reached directly along the beach front depending on the tide, or along the cliff top at high tide.

Westwood Cross Shopping center can be reached by car in 10 minutes, or by bus.

By train the closest station is Dumpton Gap 0.5 miles away, 11 minutes on foot, or either Ramsgate or Broadstairs train stations.

DOGS WELCOME!

We love our four-legged guests, and to be honest, they're often better behaved than some of our human ones! Up to 2 dogs are welcome, at £20 per dog per stay. Just let us know when you book, and a pet welcome pack will be waiting, with a clean blanket and a fresh white towel. Because they're worth it, and they deserve a good dry after a day playing on the beach!

To keep the home lovely for everyone, including future guests who may have dog allergies, we kindly ask that:

- your dog is never left home alone (new places can feel stressful for them), unless they're crate trained. Need a dog sitter? Just ask us.

- they stay off sofas, beds and soft furnishings (the blanket is all theirs!)

- they're kept out of carpeted areas (please use the baby gate where one is provided)

- you pick up after your dog in the garden, bag it and pop it in the black bin

- you let us know straight away about any accident or damage. We'd much rather know, so we can put it right.
