Beautiful 5 bedroom, Grade II listed, Georgian town house over four floors. Light airy rooms, newly decorated and furnished with an eclectic mix of old and modern, in a simple, yet individual style. The large south facing sitting room boasts a balcony with oblique sea views, where you can watch the world go by. A stone's throw away from outdoor tennis courts, a Royal Marina and miles of sandy beaches, 5 minutes from Waitrose, the high street, restaurants and pubs..perfect for all. Dogs welcome We have created an ideal space for families and friends to gather under one roof. The rooms are arranged over four floors with everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Stylish, yet warm and welcoming, this is a house to enjoy and have fun in. On the ground floor there a large through kitchen, utility room and WC. First floor boasts a large sitting room with double doors onto a balcony with table and chairs where you can sit and take in the sea breeze. There is also a tasteful and relaxing bedroom with double bed. Second floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed, plus another bedroom with double bed. Third floor a further two double bedrooms, which are just as comfortable and very cute. The house has two large bathrooms; one with a walk in shower and the other with a bath/ shower. Location Ramsgate, England, United Kingdom Ramsgate is a fabulous and unique seaside location with the only Royal Harbour. This is a mini Riviera and there is a multitude to do for all ages. Walks, great beaches, seal tours, kiteboarding, paddleboarding,golf, Dreamland, The Turner Contemporary; a fantastic night life with a plethora of fantastic pubs, bars and restaurants; galleries, music venues, vintage shops, independent homeware boutiques, bric-a-brac treasures, all in a stunning location...what more could you wish for? We will leave information about the very best places to dine, visit and play locally so you can be sure to get the utmost out of your stay. We are spoilt for great places within 10 minutes walk. The house is 90 mins by car from London, 75 minutes by train from St Pancras Come on down and enjoy! Local buses go from Ramsgate to all Thanet locations. Historic Canterbury is only 15 minutes by train. Please note, this is a house with many stairs. Good for that bum! Not good if you have mobility issues.
