The kitchen is a real social space with a snug on the side for friends and family to settle comfortably and keep company to those that are cooking.

There are 2 large double glass doors opening up to the garden, giving an amazing uplifting natural light throughout the day. From the fully equipped kitchen (2 Samsung oven, coffee machine, large double fridge freezer...) both the play room and the laundry/ pantry can be accessed as well as the 1st of two toilets.

The open plan living-room also has 2 dining area to choose from, both with sea views to enjoy from all angles. The 1st one is a large dining table ideal for more formal diner/ lunch (seating 8) and the 2nd ideal as a working area or breakfast (seating 6).

The master bedroom with its super king size bed, offers unmissable views of some of the best sun sets with its large, rounded bay window.

Based in a quiet residential area, walking distance from Margate station.

Although we have a travel cot and hight chair, the house isn't toddler proof.

We are unfortunately unable to fit a baby gate as our stairs are too ornate and too large to accommodate.
